Stew mac sells some stuff they call fretboard oil but I have no idea what it actually is. A light coat of danish oil works or even a light coat of tung oil thogh its not as fool proof as danish. In general you can just give the board a nice polish with some 0000 steel wool after the fret work is done and it will be okay. I use a little of the "black walnut" danish oil (watcos by brand name) if I want to darken things up a bit.
