Tap Tuning

Aloha Kakou -

I have recently discovered the art of "Tap Tuning". Do you people use this method to tune the Ukelele bodies or do you have another system you employ? Maybe you don't worry about it at all?? I am really curious to know. Thanks in advance for your reply!

Uncle Bill:
Yes, Hana Lima Ia uses tap tuning although I can't find it in the "Ukulele Construction Manual". A fuller description is covered in Mr Bulk's blog on the course but I can't find a web address for it. You might find it by searching the Fleamarket music board archives.

Mr Bulk"s blog :

He covers a lot of details that you might not think about the first time around.
